He's generous with the contractors he knows and works with as well, which I didn't realize would be such a huge help when inspection items came up to resolve in a short period of time. Joel was relaxed and flexible on the buying end, and we committed to a lot of hour-each-way trips to look at houses. He was a champ through an offer process on one home that ended up falling through, then on a second offer process which we ultimately closed on, which had its fair share of uncertainty to navigate. We worked with Moody and Company, Jordan Moody and Joel Cooper, for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. We were very satisfied with the results of both transactions. They made it as easy as it could be and were both patient and helpful when we encountered challenges along the way under a fairly condensed timeline. We never felt pressured and we both though Jordan and Joel were more than generous with their time. The photos, narrative and presentation for the sale of our home was very well done. Jordan took the time to gather information beyond the basic bedroom count to really consider what we loved about it and what made our home uniquely marketable. When we had repairs to complete prior to closing, Jordan helped recommend contractors and coordinate those on our behalf. Joel spent several months with us touring dozens of homes as we gradually narrowed our scope to a specific area, home size, condition and era. During negotiations, Joel helped frame and translate our positions into the language appropriate for the various documents used in the transaction.
